            I am excited to welcome you to our community of scholars. The R2S program focuses on helping students achieve academic excellence and earn their college degrees. By providing customized success planning, advising, tutoring opportunities and tools to excel in their classes, students are motivated to “define their why” and become leaders in the classroom and campus community. We are here for whatever you need but remember this is a partnership. Our professional team works hard to meet you where you are, but we can’t do it alone! To ensure your success, be sure you reply to our emails, texts, and drop in monthly for your 1:1. Although we only formally work with our students in their first official year at Buffalo State, we invite you to stay connected with us throughout your time here. Whether you have a specific need, simply want to talk to someone about your academic progress or would like to work in our office or as a peer mentor, there are plenty of ways to stay involved after your first year. The R2S Program consists of both physical and digital support.
