Chelsea Allen is a Success Navigator in the Roar 2 Success Program at Buffalo State University, where she passionately supports first-year students in their academic and personal journeys. Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Chelsea loves her role because it allows her to make a profound impact on students as they transition into college and during their first-year.
Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and is on track to complete her Master of Science in PR, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Buffalo State University in the spring of 2025.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys working on creative projects, loves fashion, enjoys cooking and baking, and loves attending concerts.
